How to use

• Write the child's name, the goal, and the reward at the top.
• Each time the goal is met, colour or sticker one star.
• When all 10 stars are filled, celebrate with the reward.

Tips that work

• Keep goals tiny and specific ("brush teeth before bedtime", not "be good").
• Rewards do not need to cost money — extra story time, choosing the music, a special walk.
• Restart with a new sheet whenever you need to.
