Frustration, anxiety and friendships — and how to help.

Children with DLD often feel frustrated, anxious in groups, left out of jokes, exhausted from concentrating.

Name feelings for them. Keep playdates short and structured. Build on strengths — sport, art, music. Risk of anxiety is 2–3x higher; watch for EBSA signs.
