Hypermobility, HSD and hEDS

What's different about bendy joints and when it matters.

The spectrum: joint hypermobility (often harmless) → HSD (pain, instability) → hEDS (multisystem connective tissue condition).

Common signs: W-sitting as toddler, frequent sprains/dislocations, pain in evenings, fatigue out of proportion, poor handwriting, anxiety, IBS, dizziness (POTS).
