Managing pain and fatigue

Pacing, sleep, hydration and what helps.

Pacing is the cornerstone: plan rest before tiredness. "Boom and bust" worsens things.

Day-to-day: hydration + salt (esp. POTS), compression garments, heat packs, magnesium-rich diet, gentle daily physio.

Sleep: supportive mattress, body pillow, weighted blanket if tolerated. If pain limits life, push for paediatric pain clinic referral.
